All product images and descriptions are for representation; minor visual variations may occur between batches. Pricing and offers may change at any time without prior notice.
Disputes are governed by Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in our registered head-office city.
We accept return / refund requests within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:
- Damaged or tampered packaging
- Wrong item delivered
- Quality complaints (with photo evidence)
Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer once you share the account details.
Items must be returned unopened and in the original packaging. Opened food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless quality is in question.
Standard delivery: 3–5 business days across India.
Express delivery: 1–2 business days for select pincodes.
Free standard delivery on all prepaid orders. Cash-on-delivery may attract a small handling fee shown clearly at checkout. A tracking link is shared via SMS as soon as the order is dispatched.
Remote pincodes may take 1–2 extra working days. We do not currently ship internationally.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they enter the "Packed" status.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible — please use the Return & Refund policy after delivery.

All online payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We never store card details on our servers. Prepaid orders unlock free shipping and faster dispatch.
Q. Are the products vegetarian?
A. Yes, every item at DryFruitBox is 100% vegetarian.
Q. How long do products stay fresh?
A. Most items have a 6-month shelf life when stored in a cool, dry place. Check the pouch label for the exact best-before date.
Q. Do you ship outside India?
A. Not yet — currently we only ship within India.
Q. Can I gift-wrap an order?
A. Yes — leave a note in the landmark field and we'll include a complimentary gift card.
Q. How do bundle offers work?
A. Bundle offers (Buy 3 Get 1 Free, Buy 5 Get 2 Free) are applied automatically in the cart. The cheapest eligible items are made free.
